For VIP groups our services in luxury villas are offered on other locations of Greece as well, including SPA treatments, private chef and other custom made services on demand.

The recommended method of getting to the islands from Athens is by plane. But since the airplanes that fly to the islands are small, those tickets are hard to find unless one books for them very early.

The only alternative is by boat, which takes much longer, but is very nice, especially for people that have never been on a big boat before.

Our suggestion is to stay one night in Athens, visit the magnificent new Museum of the Acropolis, enjoy one dinner under the rock of the Acropolis and relax a bit, before continuing next day to the islands.

We will be able to book for you a nice hotel in Athens and even have a guide for you there if you wish (at an extra cost), although in our opinion this is rather unnecessary.

You might as well enjoy one day in Athens on your own. Moving to and from the hotel or airport is uncomplicated and all transportation needs are easily covered by the Metro (subway) or the inexpensive Greek taxis.

Nevertheless this overstay in Athens could also be arranged on your way back from the islands to your country, if you so prefer.

We could arrange any vehicle rental, if for some reason you need to rent as a group buses, mini-vans, cars, motorbikes or bicycles on the islands.

As explained above, we get good prices for groups and this applies also to vehicle-renting from our local partners.

We strongly focus on this service, as we fully understand the importance of good food in an all-inclusive vacation plan.

After have tested them all out, we have selected for you the best taverns and restaurants available on each area.

There are always many vegetarian plates available, not only in our hotel’s menu, but in any Greek tavern, since many of the traditional Greek dishes are vegetarian anyway. 

And guess what: Often the products are local, even home produced, since most of the hoteliers and tavern owners have their own land and gardens.

Learn more about the islands of the Aegean Sea: which civilizations have passed through the lands you are stepping on, the legacy they have left and what is the hidden meaning of some of the most known Greek Myths of the Aegean Sea.

A Greek language introductory lesson, 1,5 hours long, after dinner time (ideally 2 classes required)

Classes are aiming to teach in a pleasant and interesting way the Greek Alphabet, the basics of our pronunciation and a few phrases, which will greatly help in getting around in deeper understanding and thus more enjoyably.

Class also presents the logical structure of the Greek language and its continuity since the ancient years.

Greek dances lesson, 1,5 hours long, around dinner time

It is so fun to dance in a circle to our traditional folk-dances, that you will remember those evenings for years. We teach in such a way, that everyone enjoys equally the procedure of learning as well as the often clumsy results.

Greek cuisine workshop, about 2 hours long, around lunch time

Our Chef will reveal to you the secrets of the unique taste of the famous Greek recipes. Is it in the spices and herbs we are using, is it in the virgin olive oil, is it in the natural ingredients or is it in the way of cooking? I am afraid you will have to get your hands dirty to find out! No more: “Waiter, a Mousaka please!” 

We prepare and cook all together in the kitchen one salad, one appetizer and one warm plate in each cooking session, which we enjoy in a common lunch.

An awarded Greek movie will play for you tonight, about 2 hours long, after dinner time

We have selected and will play for you a nicely made and internationally awarded Greek movie, presenting through a modern screenplay aspects of the culture and the recent history of our land.

At the end of the movie we will talk about it and we will answer questions on the historical facts presented on the background.

A concert evening with live Greek music, about 2 hours long, after dinner time

We select for you among the possible options a concert of Greek or Ethnic music!

Concerts are open to all, participation limits apply based on tickets availability only

Cultural walking day-tours

Most of the tours on the Greek islands are made by bus, trying to show everything in one day!

Please, let’s give some time to the things that need time, in order for them to offer back their secrets and pleasures!

Travel and Do avoids to offer bus tours. Instead we use the bus only to reach a starting point for our walking expedition tours. And we take the bus again from another point to come back to our Hotel.

Our tours are not physically demanding. We are focusing mostly on visiting important places or people of the island and taking time to know and understand what and whom we see. Breathing exercises, fruits and herbs try-outs, repetition on what we have learned in reading Greek and time to rest and enjoy the views, these are all included in our walking tours. For that we need to move without rush.

Nevertheless the temperatures some time may be higher than usual and since most of the paths are lacking shadow, one needs to be relatively fit and healthy to be able to stand against the heat.

Motorbike excursions (guided)

All possible holistic treatments are offered on demand and usually a couple of different style massages and SPA facilities are anyway available within our hotel or from our partner therapists on location

What to bring/ various infos:

No special safety/medical precautions/equipment/clothes needed for a trip to Greece or for our activities on location.

Perhaps a pair of trekking shoes would be useful, in case you wish to go on more demanding walking tours.

Don't forget to bring your driving license with you and to advise your customers to do the same.

How we work:

We work in a simple, hassle and risk free for you way: We give you a net price per group or whenever possible per person depending:

1. On your preferred accommodation category

2. On the dates you wish to come

3. On your desired length of staying

4. On the chosen activities or/and excursions you wish us to arrange for your group

5. On the expected size of your group

You provide us with all of the above information, and then we provide you with our final net price.

You add on top of our net price your costs (workshop + preparation + promotion +…whatever), thus forming the end-price for the customers attending your event (air transfers and travel insurance not included in our prices).

Your customers may book their air transfer and travel insurance on their own or through any of the travel agencies we work with in Europe.
