Example of how the partnership
between you and Travel and Do works:
Let's assume that you are interested
in having a retreat for your group of clients on Naxos island in
Greece.
You contact us and after taking under
note all of your group's needs we come up with a final offer to you,
for example of 700 euros
per person for a complete 15 days long
retreat, including accommodation, excursions, on site activities etc.
A first small profit for us will already be included within that
price.
Now, you add your desired profit on top of
our net price, let's say 300 euros
per person, and thus you form an
end all-inclusive price of 1.000 euros
(exept for the air transfer
costs) for your clients.
This will be the lowest possible
special price, which you may start offering at once to your
EXISTING clients, but you may not print this price on any
leaflet or post it anywhere online.
Next step will be for us to prepare
and post under your website for all of your FUTURE customers
a promotional banner, like the one below:

This banner will point to a dedicated subpage
(posted under our own website to be technically hassle free for
you) with all the information and prices of your retreat, which will
be tour-operated by Travel and Do with you as the main facilitator/
seminar instructor or workshop holder.
The price shown for the retreat will
be 1.055 euros instead of the minimal special price of the
1.000 euros, which applies we repeat only to your existing
customers.
So, bottom line is that if one hits on
the promotional vacation-banner under
your website, one will be forwarded to the dedicated subpage
under our website and will find out that the official price is 1.055 euros,
but one may save a 5%, if one will book through you, after becoming
your website member/student etc!
Of course only your contact data will
be present in this subpage, for any new website visitors/ future
customers to directly contact you for any further
information, subscriptions or bookings.
This way you are the only one to get
the credit for the 5% discount offered and therefore you will get a
very satisfied
new customer!
On top of that
benefit, Travel and Do offers to you (not to your customer)
a bonus of 50
euros per person
that will book for
your retreat in Greece through you,
compensating you
for your effort to bring more customers to this retreat
and thus promoting
our brand name as well!
In case you wish us to find more
customers for you, we will present your retreat as suggested among
our other plans, at the price of 1.055 euros. So, if someone books for
your retreat through our website we both still profit the same as
before, while Travel and Do benefits of the additional
55 euros, as a fair and minimum (about 5%) compensation for all the
promotional actions Travel and Do needs to perform to attract new
customers.
We are talking for a win-win situation
for us, you and mostly for your customers.
