Naxos Island

Naxos is the largest of the Cyclades, with pretty villages in its mountainous interior and wonderful sandy beaches. The capital has a busy harbour backed by the Labyrinth, a jumble of alleys rising steeply to the magically quiet citadel, visible from miles offshore. There is a good bus service and small boats operate to wonderful sandy beaches close by.

Pelion Peninsula

Poets sang their praise of the beautiful Pelion Peninsula in ancient times. Homer referred to it as the summer residence of the Gods. On Pelion's green mountain slopes the wedding of Pileas and Thetis took place and the gods of Olymp were invited. Even today Pelion is the most valued destination for honeymoon travellers among Greeks.

Amorgos Island

Amorgos is famous for its gorgeous beaches and its incredibly blue and pure sea waters. Because of its infinite beauty, it was chosen by Luc Besson as scenery for the principal scenes of his movie: The Big Blue.
The island is full of small, untouched and desert amazing cricks and sandy beaches.
