 Booking and payment guidelines

Please check availability with us by sending us your inquiry to:

Wait for our confirmation of availability and our vacation plan final
price offer and then please proceed within three working days
to a 20% prepayment through bank wire or through our
online payment
system.
3.
If you choose bank wire prepayment, please send us by email
your full name, the exact amount paid and the date of the wire transfer.
No
need to fax or to scan and email us the wire transfer documents.
In less
than six (6) working days you will receive by email a confirmation of
reservation and all the information you might need for proceeding
with your final payment and with your travel to Greece.
Final payment is
until 30 days before vacation program's start.
A 5% early registration
discount applies when full payment is completed 90 days
in advance of the vacation plan.

We reserve the right
to cancel the vacation program, if the minimum required number of participants
will not be achieved, until 30 days before vacation program's start.
In that case we will give
you other vacation alternatives to choose from and if you find nothing that
suits you, we will 100% refund your prepayment within 6 days.
