About us
The idea of Travel and Do,
which today is a network of holistic holiday organizers, has
been born in 2006 by Yannis Sampsonidis on
the mountains and peninsula of Pelion, the summer residence of the Greek
Gods of Olympus.
Our team consisting of
instructors on "natural ways of living" is backed up by a
travel agency
and is able to offer to
our individual customers the necessary services, advice and expertise for
recreational activities and cultural awareness travel in Greece.
Our main target group though is not the individual
travellers, but any group of people with special travel interests, for
which we design, prepare and offer a custom made
travel package.
Our concept
Our alternative holiday
itineraries are based on
responsible, creative, recreational activities that lead to our goals: Joy,
tranquillity, harmony and meaningful transformation. Travel and Do achieves its desired goals by structuring
travel packages
that keep a balance between free time and guided activities.

Offered travel packages are planned with this commitment in mind. Our aim is to ensure that our holiday packages will benefit the local communities and people, as we fully appreciate the economic, social and environmental impact of tourist visits on local areas.

Short bio of the founder

Yannis Sampsonidis, teaching in
English and German, born in Greece in 1968, studied Photography
and Civil Engineering. He has been studying the eastern internal
martial arts since 1990 under various teachers.
